Marc and Cody continue reviewing Cody’s hand history. In part 3 there is a cool discussion about how our edge relative to the field should determine our line in a lot of spots, as we should be less comfortable getting it in slightly ahead in super soft fields and should be really jumping at the chance to get it in break even in really tough fields. This is a cool extension from the discussion in earlier vids from marc about our edge relative to structure. There are also some interesting dynamics on the bubble and Cody’s lines involve a lot of floating to exploit wide opening/cbetting ranges. As usual having two voices means a lot of content gets covered.  In part 4 we are at the final table and there are some interesting 3bet pots. There are also some interesting hands where our opponents reps a very thin range of value hands and we adjust accordingly. There are also some interesting floats OOP and Cody explains his logic and reasoning behind it. Lastly there are also some interesting limping on button, and BVB lines.

NOTE: there was a technical glitch with the first released copy of part 4 so if the voices overlapped a ton then you should re download it.

Micro Millions and FTP Micros Live Sweat with ttwist

ttwist continues his live sweat micro series, and in part 3 he continues to banter and gets his 4bet on in some spots. This part of the series contains a lot of bigger stacks and some interesting postflop play.

Part 4 starts the day after part 3 with a full screen of new tournaments, however ttwist loses some pots quite quickly to drop back in chips. He makes some different plays that may be specific to micro level tournaments, including 3bet shoving 1010 for value on a very aggressive table at 40bb effective. His 3betting range and sizing is different to a lot of the other pro’s and interesting to see. He also plays a lot of mid strength hands a lot more aggressively than other pro’s

2nd match of the final 4 happening now, currently Shawshank is edging Reservoir Dogs. I’m going to be pretty upset if we don’t get Fight Club/Usual Suspects final.

Hapetimes has some staking rungood in his first venture into the market and earns himself a tidy return. TPE’s very own Ben Warrington came 4th in the EPT Prague for over 300K! Pretty awesome and hopefully we get to hear about it soon. m@ddm@n final tabled a $5.5 on lock and Turbulence final tabled a PLOH/HLO tournament!

Another impressive week for TPE all round!
