Danny returns with an overdue turbo live sweat with a variety of buy ins. He makes some useful insights such as being aware of the buy in and its affect on ranges, keeping an eye on when blinds increase to aid in decision making and taking into account how correctly opponents will call and adjusting our range appropriately. As always a great series to brush up your push/fold and enhance your turbo game!
215 Freezeout Hand History Review by Marc “aznallin007” Alioto
Marc Alioto continues his HH review, he discusses how to adjust our ranges based on opponents and adjust for pre ante deep stacked play, he also covers some game selection and as expected uses his HUD in several spots to explain ranges and aid in decision making. Some interesting spots with deeper than usual effective stacks. This deepstack series really shows how game selection can help us realise our edge
Mike Sowers Premier Video- FTP Multi-Entry Multi-Final Table
Mike Sowers continues his premier series, the thing that stood out to me most about Mikes series is how great his mental game is and his mentality towards poker and life. He says a few key things that changed the way I think about tournaments, the one that stuck out to me the most is that when he runs deep in a tournament with a really short stack his immediate thought is “how great is it to still be alive in this” rather than worrying about his stack or worrying about what will happen. There is also a great deal of strategy content and many 3bet and flop raise situations which he ranges for us and gives insight into some metagame and history which influences his decisions.
