Great series! Big fan of your contant, first episode was a little slow paced, but your hand discussions are gold and you increased in pace in part 2 and 3.
Also nice suggestions on how to stay healthy and focused on long grind sessions. Have implemented most of it already, but nice to hear this from a successful pro as reminder.
I think it’s very important to value the 5 minutes break as high as possible and drink/eat a small meal and do some small relaxation/anti-tension exercises and not stay in front of the computer to watch a youtube video etc.
As you menioned you normally don’t drink coffee here is an interesting fact: Coffeine may work for a short period of time to boost your energy-level, but after that period you are lower than you normally would be. This is devastating on a long grind day. It is much more effective to drink water and eat some fresh food like fruits and get some fresh air in your room every once in a while.
