Lots of big overshoves vs. capped ranges which i dont normally see from tournament video makers. Is that cos this is a shootout and so it plays exactly like cash (and in tourneys value of chips gained is less than value of chips lost)?

I think it’s just a function of playing short-handed with deep stacks. Short-handed is going to lead to a lot of wide ranges and battles between marginal hands, and deep stacks means room for big shoves.
