Sunday has come and Sunday has gone and finally been profitable for me. To be fair I didn't play anything during the day so that probably helped out some. So what happened, well I managed to score two wins and a fourth in a bunch of 45mans which was nice to help balance things out. Other than that I managed a 33rd in the 35k GTD on Tilt and I double cashed my 2 bullet attempt at the Midnight Madness. Not sure why I decided to play that last one, damn tourney goes half the night, but I did and at the very least I managed to make it payoff a bit. I am glad that the day managed to work out as well as it did and introducing the 45mans into my schedule and keeping them going during the session was pretty nice. I think that having the constant distraction was pretty nice. Other than that I spent a bunch of time reading and studying again over the weekend while I was stuck working. Funniest piece of the whole study session was one seemingly innocuous piece of advice, "If its Close, Fold". I hadn't really thought about that before, but it makes a ton of sense. Why put myself into very difficult spots when I can save some chips, fold out of awkward spots and preserve for higher value spaces. Interesting thought, maybe it can help someone else too. Anyway, I'm gonna go grind some 45s today and see what I play tonight. This is the Gman signing out!
