I have to take the time to talk about a small matter of ettiquette at the tables. This is something I have seen a couple of times and it confounds me in no uncertain terms. I understand that FullTilt and some of the other sites provide a deal button at every single table. I know it is there and it is tempting, but you should understand when it is applicable and when it isn't. FT of the Sunday Million 5th Anniversary, bingo. FT of a $5.50 45man SnG…not so much. The deal and making a deal is a mechanism for ending a difficult game with a rewarding outcome for everyone based on current chip position (typically how it is done) so that all of your hard work to get to where you are is fairly rewarded and players can move on. It can be an elegant way to reap the rewards you earned, not just what your place should get. This is a great consideration for micro/low stakes players when the prize pools start to get into the thousands of dollars. There is no good reason to chop when the top prize is $83.75. None. I don't care how hard you try, it doesn't exist. Don't try to find it. Anyway sorry for the rant, feel free to go about your day 🙂 talk to you tomorrow. This is the Gman signing out!

In my opinion, it is up to the players involved to decide that they want to chop. if it is for less than $100 then so be it. if you are actually one of those players, you dont have to agree to a chop and you can keep playing.
