didn’t care much for the J 10 hh fold since your just deep enough to peel and your flat looks strong discouraging squeezes

I liked this series. You are the greatest (might have something to do with you asking how great you are). I very much rather watch newer videos where the Hero doesn’t win than old videos.

I see your point, but ICM wise we just can’t be getting into marginal spots like that with two short stacks at the table. I think JTs is one of the few hands I would consider flatting in that spot, but there really aren’t many of them. We’re UTG+1 vs a reg with a big stack opening UTG at a huge final table, and most of the players behind us aren’t good enough to know when a UTG+1 flat ‘looks strong’. I am 100% comfortable folding JTs there and I think it’s perfectly fine not to have any kind of a flatting range.
Thanks to everyone here for watching! Hope you enjoyed the series!

This is one of the best and well presented series around. Thanks Matt!

Great Series! Good clear explanations, and honest evaluations of your own and others’ plays. Interesting notes at the end about the importance of ICM. I think its something that a lot of us could stand to be better versed in. Thanks!

awesome series Matt. Respect the fact you included hands that you admit you played terribly! Anyway very well presented I felt like I got a lot from this. Cheers mate

On your bustout hand, why not use something like http://www.holdemresources.net/h/web-calculators/nashicm.html to calculate the optimal shoving range?
