As a wsop.com reg, I think KQo has to be near the stone-bottom of my 5bb btn call range vs a Bilokurov 7bb utg shove. He is one of the most noticeably tight sng/mtt regs.

Why do you think minraising is a sign of fishiness?

Also, I kinda hate the ATo line at 30 minutes or so. 3betting is probably more profitable than calling pre, especially against this player pool where ATo doesn’t have all that much equity against their generally-nutted 4b jam range. You justify calling pre by saying you’ll have a skill edge postflop, but then choose to bet/fold instead of checking in a spot that strikes me as a fairly obvious check. Sure, you’re getting called by some Tx (which you block) but you’re also getting called by hands that have you drawing to 5 or fewer outs and are choosing to slowplay, or marginal hands like JJ or Q9s that you’ll probably not want to have to turn into multistreet bluffs. Also, there are many draws in his opening range that can checkraise you off your equity, maybe even draws you have in bad shape like AK and AT.

Like the breakdown and I agree with a LOT of what you have to say. I wouldn’t expect a reply (or a quick one). That’s the ONE area I find lacking here. I wish the original instructors were told to check the comments sections of their series at least for a month after they go up (hell they should be auto subscribed), and post feedback. I realize it can’tr last forever but at least to salient comments like yours… Maybe I will post that to the suggestion box.
