Hey Andrew,
Can you explain what you mean by obywatel shoving pretty deep at 30BB’s in the sense of making your steals more profitable? Are you saying that because he is shoving that deep, he will have more hands that he will fold as he is waiting for premiums, making your steals go through more? Or if he is shoving your raise, you know he will have a hand so then you will fold?
hope that makes sense.

These videos are amazing. I have finally understood topics such as polarised 3 betting that I have been confused about for months. Your gift is in your easy to follow explanations of otherwise complex subjects. Thank you.

Another outstanding video from a true pro who has a gift for illuminating the darkest corners of each topic he chooses to address. Honestly, one of the best that I’ve come across. It would be interesting to understand the degree to which precise knowledge of equity versus various ranges comes into play. I suspect that most pros develop a sharp intuitive understanding (within a few points of what a computer would say) of EV under various situations, but it may help to focus study for the rest of us. I’ve been running EV calculations through Pokertracker for all hole cards against various villain ranges (2 and 3 handed) in order to try to develop a rule of thumb, but it’s complex. Also, EV is only one factor among many other situational ones and perhaps it’s a “measure with a micrometer, cut with an axe” situation for the EV precision.
In any case, all that to say outstanding job. I’ve already been through almost all of the videos in the University portion and yours are exceptional, both in presentation style and content. Well done sir.
