8:20 i think vs a guy you describe as a nit that overbetting the pot on the river will only get you called by better, even if its hard for him to have better (two-pair and set combos tough to have except like 97s or K9o or something he played weird). if he peeled you on the turn with a bdfd hell prob fold river regardless but the difference maker is u might find a hero with a bare 9 or 7 by betting like 44k on the river. i just think by overbetting u remove all the value from calls by excluding calls from these mid-pair kind of hands

yes I agree, I think I just disregarded ranges and was going with game flow thinking that I was getting called so wide because of how many hands I was playing
