In the JJ hand at 27 minutes. With the way the hand played out, the reads from the previous hand that tells you he will bet with air, and his possible hands that he can call a river bet with, it seems like checking the river to allow him to bluff would be a good line. For all the reasons you said he couldn’t call the bigger bet unless he had at least a king or Q9 which it feels like he would be betting both on the river anyways. Would like to hear your thoughts on that. And great series, you make it fun to watch your videos :).

umm think you mean the JJ hand at the 45 min mark. Considering I chose to chk/call/lead out I don’t like checking the river bc it’s very unlikely he bets unless he improves (since he didn’t raise my small turn lead) he would just check behind with his showdown value…plus that 10 can give him some two pairs such as K10 or J10 and instead of checking and hoping he bets i’ll just set my price and put the decision on him. plus fwiw if he raises my river bet (after making it so big) then i could fold knowing he’s only raising me with hands that have me beat..i think even other sets just call given the way i played my hand
thanks for your comment tho bud i really appreciate the feedback, take care!!
