Thanks Andrew, you have a very easy to listen to style and explain things well, appreciate the time you put in to this.

That last point with the A8 hand was probably the most important thing I learnt in the series, forgetting correct plays in certain situations in order to move up in the money is something I definitely need to work on.

Thanks!

Hi one question, around 30 minutes in you advocate for a 20% pot blocking bet. Is this a pure exploit or do you have any hands in your range that 350k on the river? Overall I’m a bit suprised by the frequency of you advocating for sub 30% sizings.
I really enjoyed your QKo analysis and how that Jd made some sense to lead on since it brough in a bunch of strong hands into our range, that was a useful way to look at it. But a question then becomes if we’re more polarized now why not just go for 75-85% pot with our whole (betting) range? I think you once against advocated for donking for sub 35% pot
Richard
Then again given stacksizes in that particular hands we could probably go 60-65% and force him into a similarily rough spot but the question is the same, if we’re polarized wouldn’t you recommend a larger bet?
Richard
Weird that I can’t edit comments but one last question about the last hand which you claim to be a significant mistake and advocate limping. 1) aren’t you worried the bigstack is jamming 89s here? I know I would. and 2) may I ask what ICMizer says about shoving in hero’s shoes? Are we sure it’s going to be -$EV?
