May was a relatively brutal month for me. So it is with much excitment that it is now behind us and we are on to June.
I put in my first real session in sometime last night and was pretty happy with the results. In addition to shipping a Sunday Million seat, I also had 3 180 final tables. Unfortunately I did not manage to win any of them, but I’m really happy with how I am playing right now so that is all that really matters.
Hopefully I can keep playing well and maintain this positive mindset thru the month and leading in to my trip to Vegas in early July. I am heading out on the 5th, and plan to play several Venetian Deepstack events as well as a couple of the Binions Classic events. Obviously on top of that I will be sweting the TPE pros as they all run deep in the WSOP Main Event!
Really looking forward to getting out there and spending some time with these guys and, of course, playing some poker. Looks like I will be in town from July 5th – July 12th or so. So if you are in town and want to grab a cocktail or something, hit me up!
