I doubt he is 3B/calling with 99/TT there on 20BB stack. I feel like hes shoving because he would have to give you credit for thinking hes aggro thus inducing a light 4B from you. I don’t think the regs are going to be thinking that way about you. Like do you think hes ever folding when he 3Balls here on a 20bb stack? Prolly not right, I don’t think anybody regs here assume otherwise.
Also I don’t think being unbalanced is such a problem here, because you have to be getting in these spots with the same guys over and over again for it to make a difference in how your going to be able to respond. Is that not correct?
You said you thought about 2.5Xing it at the begging of the hand but since he was 20BB you didn’t like it, which I agree with obv, I’m curious what would your logic be behind 2.5Xing it on that A9 hand?
would this be a good spot to use my BB re-steal/BB VPIP stat to see if hes likely to be shoving his suited broadways rather than calling them?
What should my rough opening range be in this spot with the stack sizes the way they are?

I cant see why your not crazy about the open with QJ either, seems tight to just fold it. Dont you not want to be folding too often because then people give you too much respect when u get a big hand, also i think you can outplay a lot of people postflop, no?
