Can anyone recommend some videos that cover how to play at a table that is above average in terms of agressiveness. For example there is alot of reraising pre flop and its hard to open. thanks!

dont remember for SURE, but i think the dual video with Bigdog and Ben Warrington might be a good onen to look at too.  I seem to remember there being a lot of really good players between their two tables.
