Welcome to the site!
This article is quite old but it has some good starting points: …..oker-edge/. We are in the process of updating it.
I would start with some of the theory videos. You can sort by them in the video page. If you haven't studied MTT math, this is a good video: …../mtt-math/
You can also sort our videos by top rated, and most popular (the links are on the video page). That's a good way to see what people like.
I wrote a couple of articles that are good for poker mindset:
Here's one by KB:
As for live sweats and hand history reviews, there are a lot of different styles so I would give each of the pros a listen and see who resonates with you the most.
Enjoy!

Without question, and no offense to all the other pros on the site, cuz they are all great! But first and foremost in the video filter, filter all of the Bigdog videos and watch them and take notes. And then slowly learn the ins and outs of aggression, ranging, etc. Once i got threw all of bigdogs videos, i would immediately be watching goleafsgoeh vids, as he is, in my opinion the best teacher in terms of reasons y everything is done. Know one matches his thoroughness. I would watch the phenominal wcoop main event series. Ive learned more from these two guys bar none. bigdogs agression, unbelievable instincts and capabilities, and mike goleafsgoeh strategy is awesome to incoroporate together. Having all that said panda rocks and the new ben warrington is extremely thorough and points out a lot of great info, in just his first series. So very nice Ben..I was very impressed with all the of his depth thinking. I liked fckkkscreen names vids, but i found him hard to understand…almost stoned out of his mind..lol But he OWNS…i just had a hard time understanding him… Good Luck
I would need to add… Get involved in forums especially the MTT strat forums. If you are new like me to MTT and poker in general, I gain a lot of understanding of the game in there. All the above is great posts above ^^^^ is great but most of all, get involved in forums and get to know us in chat. I used to just read the forums but now I attempt to even participate in forums and seems to also get other takes. One thing I learned is that each poker player and pro here play thier games differently and you just have to learn you adjusting it to your game and crush like the majority of TPE nation does and you will find yourself in the mix too!
Thanks for asking this question for all us new members. Great answers. I'm also wondering if there is a video or article on setting up and using a HUD and which of the more advanced stats are most useful. I use PokerEdge and still have it set on the ABC version which I know is not giving me enough information.
