Hey everyone just wondering if someone could kind of point me in the right direction to start learning and getting better at sit and go’s and mtt’s. I have watched a bit of bigdogs low stakes sweats and learned quite a bit. I have a 90 dollar bankroll at the moment and looking to build it up in micro sit n gos. I really want to get more indepth with poker if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

Thanks!

Hey – following on from this, what other really basic from-the-ground-up videos do you have? I started the first Step of the “Getting Started at TPE” and the very second set of videos says “Warning: this is for intermediate to advanced players”… so where should we be looking for even more basic stuff than this?

Some real fundamental “this is where the game is in 2015” poker, for those of us who read Harrington on Hold'Em years ago smile

I would look at some of the low-stakes step videos. I think it's Step 2.

You mean this?
…..rs-part-2/

Is that for the OP or in answer to my post?

I was being lazy because the TPE pages load so slowly and I didn't want to deal with it.

…..ow-stakes/ is the one I meant to recommend. Step 5 focuses on what those with a $90 bankroll should be playing. So yeah, the OP. I didn't realize the thread was 6 months old.

I read the Harrington books, too, so I totally get where you're coming from. Honestly the podcasts are helpful for understanding what's going on these days because they're new. The videos in TPEU are a little dated sometimes (although they did update several of them recently).

Jamie Kerstetter did a live sweat in February that was pretty helpful. I'd watch those.
