Enjoyed the latest.  Great to hear GLGEh's attention to detail and innate insight into live games/opponents.  Over the past week, or so, I've adopted the minraise startegy (after watching Mike's vids), and i must admit I really like it.  It has indeed paid dividends, particularly during the early stages in turbo tourneys.  I'm getting value by enticing weaker hands to see flops which can almost routinely be outplayed postflop, or they often spew chips with suboptimal holdings.  In the past these opponents would generally fold to 2.5x, or even 2.3x raises.  I've been able to build a decent stack early and as a result am final tabling the $3, $7, $15 45 max and $8 180 max turbo's ~ 60% of the time.  Top 3 finishes, however, are a little more elusive, but i'm happy that my greenline looks like its on a honeymoon!

Thanks guys!

Great to hear, sounds like you picked up the “philosophy” very quick; keep on getting those FT's!
