JLude made me think of a way to get this done faster. You should tell the person after you when you’ve picked. Everyone get a twitter.

Yeah the only reason i say twitter is cus pretty much everyone has it mobile.
Can’t wait till rounds 7 and 8! Picks in those rounds will be interesting!!

great idea to PM the next person.
Maybe we can also put a limit of 12 hours and if someone hasnt picked the next person can pick. whoever was passed on, can pick as soon as they can, and the order remains the same we could easily manage it based on the time stamps of the messages, so for example Jludeobv picked 11:27 PM last night so if chimp chimp doesn't pick by 11:27 AM harby can go ahead and pick. chimp picks whenever and we keep going. This way we avoid one person holding up the whole thing, but if they get caught up in something they can still pick just they lose a spot or 2 in the order.
anyway just an idea and if it is confusing lets not worry about it.

i think just leave it going at the moment, we still have a month till the WSOP
if it gets near the end we should definitely look at speeding it up.
maybe everyone should subscribe to this as well and keep up to date with who has picked etc.

She wasn't the first person I typed in, but I know I'll be happy I made her my first pick!!
Im going with Matt Glantz, fellow NJersey resident. Lots of cashes but no bracelet, must be hungry…. I was going a different way but ran into him at borgata last week, must have been an sign. 🙂

I vote yes, maybe not 12 but at least 24’hr limit, then next person picks an whenever hthe skipped person becomes available they just pick.
We have like 80-90 picks to go and less than 30 days, do the math.

I know chimp chimp, I was just quoting my earlier suggestion so I dont have to retype the whole thing about letting the next person go to not hold up the whole thing. :).
Yeah I figured, I just woke up and hoped that it was turn & saw your message… I got slightly excited in anticipation of my pick only to find out I was still aways away 
Back to oggling at my list of players as you guys pick them over… LOL
I do feel like we have to do something to speed this up. Put personal emails or phone numbers so we can be contacted when it is our turn, or something more immediate than writing a message on here.
I feel if we all dedicated that we would check the site a few times a day for a week or so we could get the draft done in that time.
What if someone's subscription runs out and they don't renew 🙂

KB, can you nominate a time since this is your thread? it was going along pretty smoothly until pokercrucible decided not to participate 🙁 should we just skip him and he can have his turn when he gets on?

24 hours. i like the plan. so if someone does not pick in 24 hours the next person can go. the person after that does not have to wait another 24 hours though, they can just go ahead and pick. That should get things moving!

yes we just keep going, 24 hrs from the previous player pick all the time, but you pick as soon as the person before you in the order picked. Pkercrucible can pick whenever he shows up, from the non picked pool of players and then wait for his turn again as per the order. so now scott has 24 hrs from 7.59pm and if he doesnt pick then takedown can at 8.00pm server time tomorrow.
One point, if anybody ends up not completing their picks then those players are simply unavailable

Pretty sure I have to pick Phil Ivey now. Even if he only plays a few events they will all be big buyin so even a small cash will be worth it. and he is playing more atm.
