It really depends on what stats you use most often and things you want to be able to tell by using stats. I've set mine up by street something like this:
Abbreviated name / hands / stack in BB
VPIP / PFR / 3bet / fold to 3bet after raise / attempt to steal / fold to steal
total aggression factor / cbet flop / fold to flop cbet / check raise flop / fold to flop raise
cbet turn / cbet river / fold to turn cbet / fold to river cbet / 4bet %
The way I have mine set up is to give an idea of a villains play both preflop and post flop. I'm sure it could use a little work, but I like knowing how often someone is barreling turns and rivers as well as if they float flops willing to fold to turn/river barrels. A nice stat I may incorporate that I learned from Rivermen123 is raise UTG% to see if someone is using the UTG position widely for steals.
