I have 2 unread inbox messages and they wont open. I click on the message topic name to open the mesage and nothing happens

Have you tried scrolling down on the page? They do not open as traditional click/load messages, they stealthfully open at the bottom of the webpage.

The box where it looks like it should be is just empty

When you click on the message topic does it expand to show another link below it?

yeh, then it opens up the topic below so I click the topic and the blank space below where the message should open has a buffering symbol then stays blank after that
