im not sure how to use hand converter…
i right clicked on a hand on HEm and it said copy to clipboard with or without stats and then i pasted on converter..–its a jumbo mes

when I copy from my hand history folder and paste in the converter I get an error message that says no detectable data. I feel like it's a commentary on playing ability.

Just tested it and it seems that Merge hands work, and the new Lock does not work yet. We use a third party converter so we will need to wait for them to update the converter for Lock hands. I will keep you posted.

I need help with this too. I open the hand viewer in HM2. At the bottom, I click Export Hand and save to a txt file. I cut and paste this into the converter and it freezes on the Processing hands… screen.
I play on the new Carbon poker (Merge).

I just used the 2+2 convertor and copied the output here. It's not perfect, but it works decently until I figure out what I am doing wrong with the TPE convertor.

I had this issue a couple of weeks ago and I found if you access the TPE HH converter through the forum it works but if you select Tools / Convert Hands from the main menu it won't work. Open a new thread and select the card symbol icon (see photo attached) and paste your hand in there. Also in HM2 you can right click over a hand and select copy to clipboard which is a little quicker than exporting to a txt file. Hope this helps.
