Anyone else having a lag of 15-30 seconds when entering the forums? The TPE home page loads fast and the other links: video, blogs, etc are fast as well. However, when I open forum or thread it takes awhile. Started noticing this last week not sure if it is me or not. Any suggestions, I am running Firefox as my browser.

I'm not having a problem either. I tested firefox as well. Is it consistently slow?
If it continues let me know and I'll see if we can get a tech person on the line with you to figure it out.

I will try and clear my catch and everything else. All the other TPE links load fast but the forum stops about 75% of the way while loading for about 15-30 seconds, first time I load in when I open browser. I may need to tweak a few settings in Firefox about:config or something. I just wanted to make sure it was on my end.

i use firefox and have no lag or any problem loading forums

Absolutely horrible here…22 second load times…not happening with any other sites.
Took 35 seconds to post this.
Seems to be fine now…it was really bad about 2 hours ago…it's 2:45 am PST
It's doing it again….I am getting up to 2 minute load times or timing out all together. All my other load times are under 2 seconds (have a load time timer built in to firefox at the bottom). Took 2.4 minutes just to post this.
Fox news: speed=83.68 kb/s time=3.7 seconds
ESPN: speed=53.40 kb/s time=.208 seconds
2+2: speed=97.93 kb/s time=3.239 seconds
TPE: speed=1.58 kb/s time=3.14 “minutes”
It's been going on all morning and not even functional enough to post anymore.

We're checking with our host for the source of the slowness today.
Thanks Ron! It literally just started flying again! I upgraded from 12 meg service to 22 meg service to see if that will also help on my end…but it hasn't kicked in just yet, so it seems to be running great at the 12 meg service level at the moment.
I've had this problem in the past. Not so much lately. But it has happened intermittently.
