I also sent a message via my member page, but thought I should double tap the issue here.
I signed up for a recurring monthly membership last October. I had been getting billed around the 22nd of each month. Last week, when I attempted to watch a video, the site told me that my membership had expired and I was no longer a paying customer.
I signed back up as recurring monthly customer. Today, when I checked my credit card statements, they showed that I was billed twice. Once for the membership that I signed up for in October, and once for the membership that I signed up for last week.
This is not acceptable. Please correct the situation as quickly as possible.
