Hey guys,

i want to renew my subscription but the checkout is not working:

The “Place your Order”- Button does not respond. 

Desktop or Mobile, different browsers, credit card or paypal…nothing seems to work

I already contacted TPE but they cant figure it out.

Any similar problems?

It is really frustrating^^

Really sorry you are having this trouble, we are currently unable to replicate the issue. Many are still able to checkout as normal while a small number are having an issue. We have our programmers working on it and hope to find a solution soon!

I’m having the same issue.

It looks like it would work if I wasn’t singed in – in Incognito mode when I click the “Place Your Order” button it generates a pop up asking me to populate my details.  If I do this after signing in the button is unresponsive.

I’m having the same issue.  Also, does TPE no longer have any options but the monthly subscription?

FYI for people having issues:

If you subscribe without signing in everything works fine.  I just made sure to put my same name and email address that I use for my account in the fields when “signing up” and the payment went through.  Then I logged in and my subscription is active.
