Hello,

I tried sending a PM to the proper people but for whatever reason it keeps timing out and doesn't work. So:

I was looking at my bank statement this morning and noticed that my account was charged twice this month for membership, once on the 23rd, and once on the 30th of October. Can you look into this please?

I also think I way have been charged twice. I emailed support 6 days ago and have recieved no response yet.

 

Can you look in to this please?

Hey Mark –

 

Looks like maybe your account skipped a payment, and then you created a new profile in PayPal, but then PayPal attempted to recollect and was able to…hence the double charge.

 

I am going to get you refunded right now and cancel the second profile so it does not happen anymore going forward.
