i just reviewed the AA hand and if any pros can give me a insight of the line he was taking. I mean while look at the 3 bet size to me that screamed strength atleast AK you were wanting a shove but maybe I don’t see something I guess you could be like 10 10 or JJ and he was willing to flip for a huge tourney…. idk i dont play these stakes
i mean the AQ hand is definitely a little weird, and i can see what he’s thinking. it’s such a prefect spot for him to 3bet, and for me to 4bet really small, so when he has near the top of his range it’s hard to fold.
and i know him and theres a little history so he might be a little optimistic of my range. but at the end of the day shoving is bad cause it’s such a giant risk and an ICM disaster. the 4b is so small that he can just flat i think before shoving.

Yea I can see that, but the tourney and payouts are so big, not saying I would be such a nit, but the three bet was screaming “hey call me I have a huge one” I was sitting here with my roomate I said KK after the three bet but we all make mistakes all in all GG SIR
