I made the same decision when I won a seat 2 years ago.  Have not really regretted it (by bankroll before that win was $1200) because it allowed me to grind a ton of tourneys online without fear of busto, improve my game, etc.

Obviously would love to see you at the ME, but cant blame you for the decisoin either.
