out in 5th, was 2/6 close to CL and reshoved A8o 22bb out of the sb vs serial utg opener and both he and BB woke up w monsters. I was playing pretty tight at the FT just stealing blinds once a/every round and made a move at the wrong time.

Seeing that this is a turbo, should I have 3betted to see if BB would 4betshove so I could fold or maybe fold preflop because there were some shortstacks? Or do you agree w the shove?

Great run!

Had the utg opener been opening 3x at the ft? If not, looks like he's isnt going aywhere, starting the hand w 11bbs.

It sucks to run into the monsters, but it may have been best to wait a few hands to see what happens to the ultra short-stack when the blinds get to him.

i believe he was minraising before, so you're right, i def shouldve folded the hand pre especially w a 2bb stack about to bust raising into the chipleader(s).

and i was very unfortunate that the bb woke up with a monster, otherwise i'd still have 10bb left soon to be 20bb shove stealing blinds 😉

Great run bud,

I think i'd definately have been tighter in this spot

There are 2 very short stacks and the UTG raiser is playing for his stack, we could almost certainly have gone up a couple pay jumps while still preserving a decent stack

3bet-folding to he BB 4bet wouldn't be an option either.. our stack is essentially a great 3bet shove stack so i would only ever use it this way or fold pre

all in all you did very well to get that far with so many runners so grats to you

be nice for the ROIsmile

yup, ur def right. wasnt paying attention to stacksizes that hand. it was the best hand ive seen at the FT and overplayed it. i'll learn from it and avoid making the same mistake in the future.
