hey tpe, i'm deep in the bovada 1k 3r and the 1.5k 5r right now. i'm feeling really good about my session today, even after a mixup causing me to miss about 30 minutes of play right after doubling in all of my first run of games! i biked 4 miles after work, which is very new for me, and i feel great overall. i'm 6/24 in the 3r and we just hit the money and it's playing pretty short. i have 32bb right now . 400 up top what what. i'm 15/22 in the 5r and we're 4 from the money. i had 24bb as i started writing this, but then an otherwise not random or spazzy player flatted by lp 3b with QJ and flopped the winning hand against my AA. 21/21 right now with 7bb after a quick double up with JJ lol. here we goooo in the 3r!

someone just b/f a flop when i was 5bb effective. (i had 23 and flopped the nuts) didn't realize i had any fold equity lol. 11bb again….legoo

won a 40/60, then immediately got it in AKs against AQ in a standard shove, but probably light call since money bubble. now i'm 7/20 2 from the money with 48bb. time to put on the presssssure.

uneventful 17th in the 3r, but not upset really. i read a few articles on variance today that are heavily math focused, and it made me feel very good mentally about the overall flow of results as it converges on the mean. i feel like i'm playing near or at my best tonight after a bit of study, some exercise, and a quiet playing environment and the results haven't affected me thus far. i haven't looked at my bankroll. i just constantly had 4-6 tables running of good tournaments (long structures, bigger guarantees in overall very soft fields) between 6pm and around 10pm, and the 3r was the first cash. feeling really great. super stoked on grinding a better session on saturday and sunday.
40bb in the 5r with 18 left. stacks will probably get a bit deeper as there are plenty of 15bb stacks

action went limp, raise, shove shove shove, and then i screencap lol muck. i swear though like 6 months ago in icm spots i would have been like “**** it i have jacks” and now it's such a fast muck it's not even funny. i might even be right to call cEV, though i'm only now doing the math. i just know it's never +$ev lol. 8/12 now. work to do. back to it.
