Blinds were 500/1000. He open shoves for 27BB. Before he did it, I viewed it as horrible obviously. The cutoff for my calling range there is probably AJ, 55+. I don't have pokerstove. I'm on a mac. What % of hands is that? 10 x 4 = 40 pairs, 16 x 3 AJ+ = 48, 88/1326, 6.6%. Horrible. Anyways, for the me, the point was my stack was at such a comfortable level. I just decided this would give me a good chance to win and went for it. Besides, I would have over 20BB if I lost. I ended up getting 6th. I was 2/9 entering the final table. I actually lost my focus and tightened up way too much to start. I let my stack get back to average. By then my image was crushed. The guy behind me was owning me. I am really happy with everything up until that final table.
