I decided that I dont enjoy coaching as much as i would training 1 player of a long period of time and being able to have a huge impact on their game. So im looking to take on just 1 student and train him long term for coaching and to get a % of profits in return. He will be my only student and I will be spending a lot of time per month with that player. You guys can PM me with details about yourself or post in here whatever you feel more comfortable with. Below I will lay out what i'm looking for as a student and the terms of the agreement.

These are the must have characteristics I need for a player.

 NO AMERICAN PLAYERS! Sorry but this just wouldnt be profitable enough for people who can only grind merge. The person has to be able to play all/most the sites

 References

 Must play for a living already or not have any other huge time committments ( I want someone who can play a lot)

 Must be at least breakeven

 Must know basic math like how to add or calculate pot odds

 Must at least be adequately bankrolled for at least $20-50 MTTs

 Must be capable of doing accurate accouting

Thats basically it. Heres how I will get paid. I will recieve a %  of your profits in MTTs ( and only MTTs) at the end of the month. So if your up 4k to start the month but end up down 1k at the end of the month I get paid nothing. We might have to hold some money in escrow if you get up a big amount at the start depending on your level of reputability  You only pay me when you win . The % I get will be based on a few things :

 Your skill level (will just be assessed by your winnings)

 The amount of hours I put in coaching you during that month

 The length of time I have coached you.
