Enjoying your site thus far but i believe most will agree with the following,,,,,,,,,

1) Create MTT game play videos from Start to Finish.

Not just 180 player MTT,,,i’m talking about 500+

2) One MTT tourney at one time,,,,,not 4 or 6 tables all in the same screen,,,,,

and last but not least,,,,,

3) Low level MTT buyins,,,,between $ 10 ~ $30

If you can put this into place immediately that would be appreciated because other members as well have been asking for this for a long time now but it does seem to get put into place.

Your prompt response would be welcomed.

Thank you

We have an 8 part series coming from Wein where he goes start to finish.  It’s a bit tough to do these because they never know when they will have a deep run, so they’ve started a ton of them that ended up not going anywhere.  But we’ll keep trying to do more and more.

2) One MTT tourney at one time,,,,,not 4 or 6 tables all in the same screen,,,,,

We get differring feedback on this.  Most people tell us they like the live sweats better than the hand history replayers.  Then we get a few that tell us they like one table at a time or a HH replayer.  I think the best thing for us to do is just provide a variety which is what we will be doing.  Over time if one format is cleary preffered we will definitey gravitate towards that.  We are working on HD videos so that should make it easier to watch more tables.  A few of the videos coming out this week will have HD WMVs, and we plan on doing HD web broswer versions down the road as well.

and last but not least,,,,,

100% agreed.  We’ve heard this loud and clear and the next few weeks will bring a bunch of lower stakes videos.  We’re excited about that.

hmm

1.

I think that you are focusing too much on live play for the mtt from beginning to finish, it would be awesome if you can hit one of course.

but that is why most sites have replayer sessions of beginning to end as that is convient.

it is like you are hunting down moby dick but for the meantime you can throw us a shark to tide us over.

personally (which means I am personally confused ) as to when the middle stages start and when one is suppose to open their game.

basically when the heck do we stop waiting for good hands  aka the early stages and start moving forward.

(i can’t get into the earlier videos made due to the sound issues for some of them, big dog last video was good sound wise 🙂

2. i think for live tables go ahead and do your sweat as your pros have to do their live game, with one day say a day they dont’ usually play tournies or where the tournies are dead.. or ask them to make a sacfrice and do a live one table mtt if they bust out , so be it ,, as long as we see the correct plays.

(most sites have the mtts shrunk down so they are side by side so the action is easier to follow i think poker ninja can do that for stars, i dont’ know about absolute how their siizing options work ) .

3.  it is in my experience that the sit and goes 2 dollar turbos aren’t as crazy say as backin the day of 2006, 2007 when the colin moshman book was made and the phil shaw book was made in 2008.

and i am thinking that is how it is for the micro mtts , they are tighter for example besides the ocassional donk who get it in with king 3 as a bluff reraise.

I talked to 4runner I think via email, if that is the friend i told about the site.

if that is him, (he didn’t give me his name here eheh)  then I believe his focus was on how to take a 100 deposit and build a roll playing strictly low level mtts as not everyone has thousands of dollars to play the medium stakes.  what is the optimal way to use the low stakes mtt to build your mtt skills so when you do invest in a 55 dollar mtt , it isnt’ scarey, you have the skills to suceed, and you know that it doesn’t matter if someone sucks out on you for you made the correct play.

and if it isnt’ him, then there is a friend out there who is wanting a good mtt site for this.

4. as an add

the same friend was wondering how to best build a stack in 1500 chips  tournies , turbo mtts or otherwise.

do you plan a series for this ?

I’m  truly looking forward to this and more of them to come,,,,,i agree with Masterholmes in that recording a “Live” MTT in which they perhaps do NOT make it deep, even if they finish ouside the Bubble, or perhaps ITM. Doiing it “Live” as oppose via a replayer will give us the actual “thought” process in real time.

This will definety enlighten us viewers in 2 parts,,,”one” knowing that “even” PROS don’t finish Deep all the time and “two” it will give us an idea what the PROS strategy is outside the Bubble to get ITM and ITM strategy to get to the “Final Table”,,,,,because i believe it is at these stages of the MTT that is the most important in knowing what to do to get DEEP as per say!,,,,with all the games they play i’m sure this wouldn’t be too difficult to do.

HD is definately a nice feature but PLEEEEEEEEEEASE get the guys to get that sound recording to a optimal level,,,(this is more important than HD picture quality),,(the mics that are built into thier laptops and alike sound way too tinny),,,all the video sound recording i have performed thus far (and i have done many) have been outstanding to say the least as its really not that difficult to do if they were to go out and spent $20
on a good quality microphone and set thier sound recording levels to match accordingly!  (PM me if you like more info on this).

Anyway, thats it for today,,,:),,,,,keep up your awesome work!!!Surprised
