Unable to download videos

Having a little trouble. I can view the streaming video, but my internet connection is a little slow so i find it easier to download the videos directly to my PC. I’ve downloaded 2 today, but now when i click the “Windows media player” links they take me to an error page asking me to sign in or register, when i am already signed in with a subscribed account. Any help?
