I thought it could be a good idea for a new series, with a qualify for a live major tournament theme. I haven't seen many or any videos out there with regards to optimal strategy in the high buy in satellites. For example the $550 and $700 freezouts on Stars. If someone like me were to take a shot in these then i would be certainly -EV in them as they are always filled with beasts but they often have up to as many as 30 packages guaranteed. It's definately a goal of mine for the next 12 months to try and play a live major and i would imagine a lot of members are the same. I know American members can't play on Stars but i do believe they were running some sattys on Lock although i'm not exactly sure if they were of similiar buy ins or not but i'm sure all members would benefit from it.

I know Ben Warrington is really passionate about the EPT's and i think he plays these tournaments so it could be a good idea for a future series from him with EPT season 9 starting in a couple of months. It doesn't have to be for EPT's also as there are many great live tournaments coming up over the next 6-9 months. Aussie millions, PCA, WSOPE are just to name a few and almost all sites even the little shitty ones with the awful software run them for almost evry major tournament.

It could turn out to be a great success if some members got in to some of these events and then maybe even went on to do well in the event itself.
