Is there a private members area for posting up links (dropbox ect) of an MTT handhistory?  I am thinking it would be a nice idea to post a full .txt hand history that others could view in universal replayer and point out errors ect.

If you're looking for something like this, I think you're probably better served by setting up or joining a Skype study group, to be honest. If you want to be able to have someone review a full tournament of yours, you'll probably have to offer them something in return in order to persuade them to take the time to review a tournament that could be 200+ hands in length. Hand history swapping is therefore a lot more common than something like what you're asking. You may want to focus on finding some players who play in the same games as you and are at the same stage in development of their game, and look to swap HHs with some of them.

One thing the forum could consider, though, is a forum for players to seek out one another for HH swapping – for example, someone could post “looking to swap $8 180-man turbo SNG HHs” and get responses from players interested in similar swaps. Generally speaking, though, the forum kind of survives off individual hand discussions, so that players can take 5-10 minutes to read and respond to a hand – getting someone to review a full tournament will probably require either joining a study group, or hiring a coach.
