You guys shouldn't set customers up with automatic paypal withdrawals without their consent. That's quite lame. As you obviously know, it's a pain in the ass to cancel. So, I highly suggest you honor people's right to sign up for a month every 3 or 4 months. The only reason I subscribe is to watch Bigdogpckt5's vids. And he makes about 4 or 5 a month…..so if it's my desire to let my subscription expire once I've watched them all & give him a few months to make more, I should be free to do that without having to go through the bs of canceling a recurring paypal charge. Other than that hassle I'm pleased with the site…keep up the good work! club

Recurring subscriptions are pretty much how all training sites work.  It's the model that we've chosen for our site and as you said, nothing stops you from canceling at any time and renewing later.

I understand your concern, but I don't think you will find a site that makes it easier to do that than here because we don't have a sign up fee like most others do which prevent you starting and stopping easily.  We probably don't get full value from people who practice the model you are speaking about but it's a cost of doing business if we want to make it less daunting for customers to try us out (because we are confident in our product and know most people will want to stay.).

Hope that makes sense, and as Benny said you can email us anytime and we'll take care of pausing your subscription for you.

You should have received a prompt from Paypal asking you to accept the automatic payment or decline. However, it is real easy to cancel, I had to do it a couple of times, once with DC. I would contact Paypal and let them know you did not receive the apporval screen. In TPE defense they can only allow for the OPTION of automatic payments, if a payment is force through that is all Paypal.

As Praetor mentions we cannot force a payment through. Only the customer can authorize auto-renew.

I should also mention that the system is detailed in the terms and conditions that you are asked to read when signing up.
