Hello, fairly new to the site and like a ton about it but noticed some of the downloads are really fuzzy and poor quality. I know there are different download options including for Ipod, Ipad, etc. The downloads to my Ipad look great but where that isnt an option and I choose Ipod and view it either on my Ipad or Ipod it can be really bad. Is this something that you guys are addressing for future videos?

Thanks!

Hello, we introduced the iPad format in February of 2011.  Every single video after that date will have an iPad option.

Hey RFB, any chance the older ones will ever get converted to Ipad format as well, or would that be a huge undertaking?

Ditto request – I was sad to see that older videos can't be watched on the ipad. I also recently signed up and was led to believe (since first few samples had ipad format) that all the videos would work on the ipad. Can't you hire some guy in India to convert them for a few $?

We'll be converting some of the older videos to iPad.  No particular order but they'll start getting updated over time.  I don't know think the entire library will get moved over (some of our early day source files are buggy) but the majority will.

start with the newer stuff first i guess.
the other option is to use something like airvideo or handbrake to convert the wmv files and then copy them across to the ipad. i download the wmv files and sometimes i want to watch something on the ipad, and i have used both of these programs and they work ok

I use “good player” to play them on the Ipad (wmv). No reformatting needed and easy to copy them across via wifi. I don’t even bother downloading them in the ipad format as the wmv ones are fine.smile
