I would really like to see more HUD training.  Every one by now knows vpip/ vpr.  But I would like to see some more advanced training on other stats.  I really enjoyed Marc Allioti's lates video in which he talked about using a high EP to 3-bet steal and BB vpip to steal from blinds. etc.

What exactly are you looking for? If you just want to see what stats are available or how to build a nice hud, head over to the HEM or PT forums .. there is tons of information on there.

TPE is not really the best source for HUD strategy / talk / training because most pros here don't even use a HUD. I don't really know why and it has already been discussed a couple of times in video comments or on the forums (not using a HUD is giving away information imo .. it's like not looking when your opponent shows you one card everytime he wins a pot).

You should probably check out jjyykk's videos on deucescracked .. he is not only using a HUD, he also talks alot about it and how is adjusting to certain stats of different villains.

Wow, jjyykk – Jae Kim. Had several blocks of coaching sessions w him before he was signed on to DC. Really connected to his very first video back when he was a subscriber of PokerPawnage and he went over his break-thru Sunday Warmup win.

A Fitzgerald, Assassinato, is another pro that analyzes Hud numbers in a level very pros do. Picking up just one or two concepts from these guys will only improve mtt results, imo.

Just saw this thread today – its funny because I took a screenshot of someones HUD main pop-up yesterday who I came across at the tables. I looked at the numbers to see if I could notice anything important – something that may suggest a leak that I might exploit, or simply give me a little more info of this players specific tendencies.

Here are the numbers from a 300 hand sample – curious to see what usefull info pple may deduce from them:

VPIP 21
PFR  18
3b    6%
Fold to 3B 78% (9)

Steal 56% (43)

Raise 1st CO 38% butt 64% SB 89%

Vs Missed Cbet 100% in positions (12)

Flop As PFR
Continuations bet 84% (19)

Showdowns

WTSD 40% (40)
WWSF 53% (40)
W$SD 50% (16%)

Aggression  Total 7.8%  Flop 7%

Agree with OP that a mtt specific intermediate level HUD training series would be great.
Stuff I want to learn:
-Setting up a great popup like the poster above has
-Setting up stacksize and #of player filters so my stats are relevant to the mtt spots I’m in
-Basic notecaddy setup and use for mtts
-Filtering stats by sample size for relevancy
-Developing a simple and useful colorcoding system for stats

I think something that would be useful to us new guys would be what stats do you find is important to watch in a MTT, in a 1 table SNG, etc.

I think this would be a great idea!

I've found myself relying on a HUD too much recently, so decided to turn it off, play fewer tables, concentrate more and categorise players by making good notes. So far so good in terms of running deep so feel I am improving much more.

A dedicated HUD video would help me understand what stats to look out for, although it might be that a lot of stats (apart from VPIP and PFR, which converge quicker) can only be relied on after 1000 hands.

Also, do you guys prefer PFR or RFI?
