There is an interesting podcast interview although it's from a while ago with Vanessa Selbst on Andrew's website. She stresses how much she thinks about balancing and the meta game, her image and how opponents respond to her although it is not hand specific. Pros that come to mind that seem to be interested in sharing tactics are Isaac Haxton  or Phil Galfond. Jonathon Little is a very experienced live player who is interested in teaching and there are some free videos on his web site including hand analysis of some deep runs.
