Hey,

When i access the videos on the site, i rarely watch them straight away or stream them from the site, i download them and watch them another time.

this is mostly because i joined the site only a few months ago, so there were heaps of videos up that i hadn't seen, and im still nowhere near up to date with viewing them.

so at present they are in a big folder. (13.7 gig and 183 vids :D)

im not sure how many others have done similar things, but it would be great if all the videos were named in exactly the same format so that it is easy to navigate them on my hard drive.

for example, one of the theory vids is called called theory_overpairs, whilst the other ones are called TPE_Theory_XXX

some of the other ones are just called sat_sweat etc etc.

i think it would be great (and on the whole it looks a bit more professional) if all of the videos are named the same.

i.e [CONTENT TYPE]_[INSTRUCTOR]_[VID NAME]_[VID PART]_[DATE]

what do you think?

I have EVERY TPE video downloaded onto my Mac. For me, the name of the video does not really matter to me as long as I have them all in their appropriate folder. IE

I have folders for each pro, Bankroll Builders, TPE Tools, TPE Theory, TPE Podcasts, TPE Articles etc. As long as you have them in the appropriate folder it really should not matter but I understand your issue.

When I browse the videos on my PS3 I sometimes can't find a video because the file names may have changed slightly.

implementing a uniform naming system is a good idea.

that being said, you can always rename the file whatever you want once it's downloaded, no?
