Hey guys, obv this is my first post been a member for awhile now just never posted too much:P

Anyway just wondering if you guys could make a micro/low stakes series, or even a theory vid on how to get through these fish ivested mind field tourneys lol. Just trying to build a roll and learn to crush the micros first and move on as i progress as a player. I watch lots of TPE vids and find they are great, just seems hard to apply some concepts from mid to high stakes at the micros (which obv has a completly different level of players and play). Any thoughts/ advice on how i should apply this stuff to the low stakes or micros let me know, or if im doing something wrong. thanks guys

Fantastic idea!

i play $1/45man trying to build a roll. I know that there are some 180/45/90man videos but i think they are higher stakes.

I would like to see some videos on idea to navigate the low stakes fish infested mind field. eg. Im pretty sure they call shoves with much larger ranges than at higher stakes.

Cheers,
Kruupy.

i dont think much will differ..

the plays will be mostly the same, the only difference would be the way the fish react to your plays

I disagree gigantorr, when our opponents react differently we need to optimize our play versus them, alot of plays that work against decent players should never be done against fish.

When fresh players join it’s easy for them to wrongly apply advanced theories that they perhaps don’t fully understand to situations that doesn’t really need them/that they don’t work in. TPE should definitly have a theory and hh review on beating the micros. It’s mostly solid abc play and taking advantage of the biggest leaks/fish that will get you there, but a site like this should have that section covered that with an indepth series each year.

I  would have also thought that the fishes calling range to your shoves would be a lot wider, meaning that hero shoves need to have a tighter range than in higher stakes….

interesting posts..got some controversy lol. No i agree 100% these guys are shoving with such a wild range, but i mean not just shoving calling ranges.. game dynamics and flow. Its much different than what were seeing i think in these mid to high stakes games, ex: bluffing getting away with a little more double barreling and stuff. i guess we just have to adjust maybe. but i mean most micros are also 3000 plus runners for the juicy guarentees and lots of the mid to highs i see are 1000 players and under..a TPE pro insight would be nice!?! come on big dog!! what you guys think lol. gl at the tables boys.
