I tried the casino account again and the pop up says “There was an error creating your account. Please contact customer service. (0)”  I'll contact them and see what's going on.  Cheers

Think Lock may just be a bit overwhelmed with the flood of players being brought in by the BigDog! Having similar deposit issues; sent moneygram to the casino (since credit card and my click-2-pay account did not work for me) wiht the intent of transferring to poker account  and received the message that it would be credited to my casino account within 30 minutes;  that was last night (5/23). No $ in casino account as of today, and no status or explanation.  Sent livechat message to the casino processor thie evening; no response as yet. Will keep you posted, but I expect it to be resolved in a day or two; just part of new era of post-black Friday poker.

My money transfer still hasn't hit the casino account but I have followed up diligently with support and as soon as it hits I will transfer to poker.

Looking forward to playing on Lock now that the bigdog has arrived. Hope you get credit for my signup even though my deposit is arriving later than expected.

Still no money in my casino account to transfer to poker as of this evening 5/25, odd since I had heard that moneygram was one of the most reliable methods of deposting, e-mailed support but no response and no way that I can see to check status of the transcation, will keep trying (e-mailed support again this evening).

 

Sorry bigdog, still hope you get credit for the signup once my $ eventually make their way to the poker account. I realize that Lock staff must be very busy, so I certainly understand…

Lock did get back to me this evening, there was an issue with recipient name that I used (I listed part of the last name as the middle name), so I need to go back to the moneygram location where I sent the money transfer to fix. I will do that as soon as I can, so hopefully you will still get credit for my signup.
