You do have access to PokerStars if you’re going to be in Mexico. At least I think you do.

Yep. There’s a contingent in Rosarito, for example, of US expats playing poker on Stars and others.

yup! but its not like you just get off the plane, log in and play.  You will need to go through some steps to get up and running.  There is a company called Poker Refugees that can help you with it (for a cost of course).
