For any of you looking for a place to play poker online in the US, please read and beware.
Face Up Gaming is a subscription poker site available for US players with few other options. The concept of a subscription site is a great idea and could be a good alternative for players unable to play elsewhere due to current US restrictions.
The problem is, these guys are crooks and welchers.
I joined their site this summer and was fortunate to win several events. I jumped through all of thir hoops to receive my payment and was approved in August. Since then, I have not received a single penny. The response to each inquiry is that I will get my payment soon. In the meantime, they paid out several large winners to the Aruba Tournament so they use these winmners to advertise their site.
Jerks like this are the reason we cannot get poker approved in th US. They scam the public with promises, and then keep our money.
If you were a victim like me, I encourage you bombard their facebook page with comments on how they do not pay theri obligations. The amount of money they took me for is not important. Getting scammers like this off the internet is critical to the reputation of Internet poker.
