I play on poker host part of merg network. I went to do a cash out and they requested a copy of my ID and front and back picture of Debit card I used to deposit? No other option to get money off? Has anyone else run into this?

That happened to me on 888 which is a different site obv but I guess it goes to show that it does happen

to be honest, i think it is fair enough to have to provide them with info – you if you trust a site to put money on there, you should have no troubles sending them a copy of your id
i'm not worried about the id but a copy of the card i thought was strange?
So I have went through and provided all information required to cash out. Did a $700 cash out cost $740 was approved on 12/22 – still no money in my bank account. I did the Direct Deposit option. Has anyone done the direct deposit option on poker host and received the money?
On lock poker my only option is a check in the mail.
it seems merge is check only.. I think they should change it with all the volume they're getting now.

I think BigDog mentioned in a previous thread that some big changes were coming in Feb. to Lock regarding withdrawals to benefit U.S. players. I will see if I can find it and edit it in here.

Just a follow up to my direct deposit post. On 1/19/12 after a number of calls to support my direct deposit was credited back to my account. I was informed to try another cash out method. I had done a money gram while I was waiting for the above mentiond cash out with no problem. So I did another money gram with no problem. The total cost was $762.00 to withdraw $700.00. I have done three money gram withdraws to date with no problems. Each withdraw takes less then 5 days.
