hmmm…..I have succesfully withdrawn twice from Lock, and currently waiting on my 3rd.  Both times getting my check in about 2-3 weeks from the time they processed my request.  Have you sent in the necessary forms for identification?  For the times I have withdrawn I got e mail noticiation that my request was processed within 5 days of request.  I think that they are also having some issues/delays from when they left merge getting anything in order.  E Mail replies that usually took only a day or two tops seem like they are taling 3-5 days.  Anyways,  I would double check to make sure that you have sent them the proper paperwork for identification and follow up with multiple e mails.  Best of luck!
