Hi, i'm a UK based player and I've been playing on Lock for about a month now. I identified Netteller E-Wallet as being the safest and quickest way to withdraw from Lock. I trialled it in my second week and the withdrawal went through within 24hrs – awesome, happy days keep playing.

I requested a second withdrawal last Mon (23/8/12) and it appeared to have been approved the same day. Several days later still nothing in the E-Wallet, so I emailed support. They responded quickly and refered the email to accounts, who also responded quickly to say there was no problem but can take up to 7 business days (for an electronic transfer?). Anway, it's now 8 business days and still nothing.

Have any other UK based players had similar problems? have they been resolved?
