Here’s the transcript of a chat session with an ACR rep about getting money withdrawn. It’s quite interesting how maintenance doesn’t have an end!?

Check it out.

Something else is I didn’t terminate the chat She/he/it did. I had more questions to ease my mind about making deposits in to a site that basically tells you that they prefer bitcoin withdraws and that any other form of withdraw will take an extended amount of time due to maintenance that seems to be never ending.

Site maintenance is not a constant thing, updates, patches are made and then tested and finally implemented.

Something else, I don’t know if this is normal as I can’t play in USA based sites but, at the bottom of the page on the “Bank Draft” it states that if the check is not cashed with in 30 days of day of receipt that the funds may not be available and that they are not responsible if the check bounces….Really?

What do ya all think? Smells like a cheap hooker on a Sunday morning to me.

Yeah, shady site is shady. Were you under the impression that a check from ACR or any other US-facing site is coming from a reputable banking institution?

If it were Full Tilt or Poker Stars yes I would feel very secure, because they are based in US, this site, trust, not so much, like I said to Kat V

“It’s not looking good from my point of view” Not saying their illegitimate, but purposely steering users to get paid in bitcoins, something that doesn’t even exist, and as Kat V kindly pointed out is “highly Volatile” Stocks are highly volatile and people lose their ass playing that all the time, I take a calculated risk in poker, don’t need to take an uncalculated risk cashing out after winning.

Was also told that you have to wait 72 hours after last deposit, and must have had at least 10% of last deposit raked

If you know any sites a Floridian can play in you feel is reputable let me know. I’ll put another $50 in and check out the Micros, and low level games.

Being it was unknown is the reason I only put in $50 to check play. Play seemed to be normal from what I remember online poker being.

I was able to play in about 30 SNG’s ($3.30), 12 Tournaments ($3 to $10 buy in) and numerous cash games, did better in cash than I remember doing on Poker Stars before US but a band on playing. However after the above conversation with Kat V don’t want to put anymore money in and canceled card and got a new one. Don’t like people that talk in circles.

Something else after my chat with Kat V playing in a cash game I stopped getting the sites “CP” points that directly influence the deposit bonuses. Click on the chat button to find out why I wasn’t getting points and had it open for 45 min and all it said was what is in line “16:43” in the first image I loaded above.

They lost a customer.

Sorry you feel that way my friend, however our payout processing platform is currently undergoing maintenance (as Kat explained you and unfortunately is not in our hands the time it takes), with that said, we want our customers to enjoy the best experience in online poker industry. Making these updates allow us to enhance this process and deliver faster payouts in the future.

I know BitCoin is not the preferred option for you at the moment but indeed is the best option for all customers since is the most secure and fast option, not only for our site but is the fastest payout option for all industries that handles it.

You’ll also have the ability to get withdrawals into your bank account in just a few days for very small fees.

By “highly Volatile”, she did not mean that it will disappear but that the price of a bitcoin can unpredictably increase or decrease over a short period of time due to its young economy, novel nature, and sometimes illiquid markets and that it’s the reason we process this payments in matter of hours so you can link your wallet with your bank ans easily transfer to money to your finantial institution.

For more information about how to use BitCoin you can go here and find all the information you need

Americas Cardroom, the most trusted U.S online poker site since 2001. Visit our website for more information.

Dear ACR Rep,

Kindly post here when the maintenance to the Payout Processing Platform is finished so all of TPE can see. If it is in a timely fashion I may actually make another deposit.

Regards and best of luck with your site! smile
