I’ve emailed lock support the past 3 weeks and though I have gotten responses with instructions how to download Lock on my MAC, nothing has worked. I keep getting error messages. It takes Lock support a few days to respond and its usually, “un-install and re-install” instructions. I wish I can get someone to help me live either on chat or over the phone. Anyone else having problems downloading on their MAC? Is there a way I can get help besides back and forth emails? any help is appreciated.

No one can play it on a Mac right now. Or it tries to mimic Windows and runs laggy as ****. I play it through Parallels.

thx coolers. amazing how no one from the support team mentioned so. they keep telling me to un-install, delete the lock folder in Finder, and re-install. I told them in the email that I keep getting errors that say “there was an error in windows and the program cannot open”, something of that sort, and that I am on a MAC…so there shouldnt be “windows” like errors.
anyway, thanks again for clarifying the issue.
any news on when a MAC version will be available though?

Locks new software is so terrible you don’t want to play there. It looks like Cake which is the worst ever. Their guarantees are down I assume they fled merge although no one responded to my post about that

they fled merge, acquired cake…and started a network called Revolution Gaming. traffic on merge is down cuz a vast majority of it came from lock. but whatever, I have monies on lock so if I cant download the new software any time soon Im just going to cash out. However, I need to get into my account in order to do so. Unless I email BigDawg and request my cashout through him, or email a rep on 2p2. not sure the best way to go.
